Do I need an account to get a price?
No. Anyone can configure products and request a quote. Approved trade accounts see instant pricing (including their account discount) and can place orders directly online.
How accurate are the online prices?
Instant trade prices are calculated from the exact dimensions you enter and are firm for standard configurations. Unusual geometry or tight radii may be reviewed by our team before confirmation — we'll contact you before anything changes.
What's the smallest radius you can do?
We cut curved parts from 300mm radius up. Tight curves are cut in shorter pieces, with jigsaw joins so they lock back together.
Can I send drawings instead?
Yes — that's the main way we work. Choose Custom Formwork Kits and attach PDFs, DWGs, DXFs or images at checkout. We mark up the drawings, create the cutting data and quote the kit, fast. The design stays yours.
What is a "kit"?
The complex part of your formwork, worked out for cutting and supplied as numbered pieces packed in the order they go together, with a piece list. Your crew reads the labels, not a tape measure. Kits are quoted per job because no two are the same.
Is the drawing mark-up free?
No — drawing mark-up is a paid service. The fee depends on the drawings and is included in your quote, so you see the full price (mark-up, cutting and delivery) before you approve anything.
Where do you deliver?
Melbourne, Geelong, Bendigo & Albury — interstate on request. We deliver to site or to your yard, and pickup is also available from our yard.
